He cruises and struts down the street and watch out any person, cat, or dog who gets in his way! Although he may terrorize the neighborhood, let an outsider try to push anyone around and he is a veritable tiger of defense. On the other side of town are The Catillac Cats, which typically revolve around leader Riff-Raff's get-rich-quick schemes or searches for food.
The Great Pussini, opera star, comes into town and immediately takes to Sonja.Cleo's owners are going on vacation and plan to put her in a kennel.

Heathcliff hears through the grapevine that an over-friendly and slightly dim-witted canine friend of his named Chauncey has been captured by the dogcatcher in the next town. Heathcliff decides that Chauncey isn't all that bad and tries to spring him from the pound.
Riff Raff takes Cleo to a carnival after hours but their fun is thwarted by Bruno, Geldorf and a carnie.
Heathcliff gets into mischief with the local dogcatcher. Sonja is concerned about the dogs that are being picked up so Heathcliff investigates. Once Heathcliff gets involved you know there is going to be some real excitement.
After returning from the beach, Hector, Wordsworth and Mongo discover that their Cadillac has been stolen. Riff Raff figures that a day at the circus will help them take their minds off their loss. But they soon realize that their car is being used by the circus as part of the show. Now they must devise a plan to get it back.
